We can only estimate how long your delivery will take, as we don’t provide tracking numbers for the card.
We aim to get your new card to you in:
4 - 5 days if you’re in the UK
Within 2 weeks if you’re in Europe
If you haven’t got your card after the estimated delivery date, here are some things you can do.
Double-check the address
If you want to remember which address you sent your card to, or if you want to change the delivery address, contact us by in-app chat or email to email@example.com.
Wait a little longer
The delivery estimate you saw in the app is the best we can give you. But sometimes it can take a little longer to arrive. Please wait a couple of extra days.
Order a new Card
If you’ve already waited past our delivery estimate and the card hasn’t arrived, you can order a new one.
You will have two cards ready to be activated on your app. You may be charged a fee if you have ordered a second physical card because the first one has not arrived.
If this is the case, contact us by in-app chat or email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will cancel the card that didn't arrive and refund you the fees of the second physical card.
