To comply with Visa’s updated rules effective 19 July 2025, Incard provides 24/7 emergency support for card replacement and cash disbursement. These services are available if your card is lost, stolen, or you urgently need access to funds.

What’s included

We support the following emergency services:

  • Physical and virtual emergency card replacement

  • Emergency cash disbursement

  • Lost or stolen card reporting

  • 24/7 emergency support

How to get help

If you require emergency assistance, contact Incard directly:

We’ll always inform you of the outcome of your request. If denied, we’ll explain why.
