Where do I find my statements?

You can access your account statements at any time from your incard Web App or iOS App.

iOS access

By clicking on your profile picture to access the Settings menu, you will find your documents in the Statement section.

You also have access to individual transaction confirmations in the transaction details of your selected transaction.

Web access

  1. Go to the ‘Settings’ tab

    On the left-hand menu, click ‘Settings’ then go to ‘Statements’

  2. Choose the statement type
    You’ll see three options:

    • Monthly Statement – Export a custom statement to PDF or CSV.

    • Billing Cycle Statement – Export a statement aligned with your Incard billing cycle.

    • Transaction Statement – Export a filtered list of transactions (only available in CSV if filters have been applied).

  3. Choose the currency

    Select the GBP, EUR, and/or USD account for which you want the statement as well as the desired period.

  4. Download the PDF

    Click ‘Download’ and the PDF statement will be saved to your device.

What the Statement Includes

  • All inbound and outbound transactions with a value

  • The starting and ending balance for the period

  • Your company’s legal details and IBAN information
