Congratulations and welcome to Incard! You’ve taken the first step towards your new financial platform. Now, let’s get you fully set up and ready to maximize the benefits of your new Incard account.

Step 1: Access Incard

- You should have received a confirmation email. Follow the link to log in for the first time at app.incard.co.

- Access your account via the web by verifying your email and phone number.

Step 2: Add Your Team

- Once on the web app, add your team members if you work in a team and need everyone to have access.

Step 3: Retrieve Your Account Details

- Go to the "Accounts" tab and select the currency in which you wish to add funds. The IBAN in the international tab is only for receiving funds via SWIFT.

- For example, if you wish to receive payments from clients in EUR and they pay from a bank account in Europe, share your account details from the "Local" tab.

- Set up your Incard account details with your payment processors like Stripe or Shopify Payments. Ensure you use your "Local" account details, regardless of the currency in which you receive sales funds.

You are now ready to receive funds in your Incard account.

Step 4: Create Your First Card

Go to the "Cards" tab to discover and use Incard cards.

- You can spend funds from your GBP/EUR/USD balances. Each card is linked to all the balances of your account and will use the funds in the respective currency balance.

- Create your virtual card: instantly obtain a virtual card and access its details on your app after strong authentification.

- Set up your card on your SaaS platforms and ad platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snap.

- You can also order a physical card, which will take between 5 to 10 business days to arrive.

Step 5: Enter Your First Beneficiaries

- For suppliers and individuals you need to pay, add them as new beneficiaries in the "Pay" tab. Make sure to differentiate between the bank account country and the beneficiary country, as some beneficiaries may have bank accounts based outside their country of residence.

- If you enter a beneficiary in the "outside Europe" or international tab, the payment will be sent via the SWIFT network.

You are now ready to receive your first payments on Incard, spend funds using your card, and pay your suppliers worldwide.

The next step is to set up your categories, integrate your e-commerce stack, and create rules to fully benefit from the Incard experience, saving time and gaining visibility into your business.
