Can I have a negative balance?
Your Incard account cannot be overdrawn through card or payment activity. We always check your available balance before authorising a payment. If the balance is insufficient, the transaction will be declined.
However, a negative balance can occur in the following case:
If your subscription plan payment fails due to insufficient funds, we will retry it. While waiting for payment, the amount due will appear as a pending transfer and your account may temporarily show a negative balance.
During this time, you won’t be able to make any new payments — including card transactions or transfers — until the negative balance is cleared.
To continue using your account normally, please top up your account to cover the overdue subscription amount. Once it’s paid, all features will be restored automatically.
