Requirements
You must have a PayPal Business account under the same company name as your Incard account.
Getting Started
Follow these steps to link your Incard account details to your PayPal business account and withdraw your PayPal balance:
Log In to PayPal:
Access your PayPal business account by logging in with your credentials.
Navigate to Bank Accounts:
Go to "Money" or "Wallet" from the top menu.
Select "Link a bank" under the "Banks and cards" section.
Do not select the option to add a card, this will not work.
Add Bank Account:
Click "Add a bank account."
Enter your Incard account details for GBP, USD, or EUR:
Account name: Select your PayPal Business account
Account Number: Enter your Incard account number.
Sort Code (for GBP) / Routing Number (for USD) / IBAN (for EUR): Enter the respective detail for your Incard account.
Confirm Details:
Double-check the entered details for accuracy.
Click "Agree and Link" to save your Incard account details.
Verify Bank Account:
PayPal will require you to verify the bank account. You will receive a test payment on your Incard account. Once received, simply go to your transaction list and retrieve the transaction code from PayPal.
Note: for verifications with incoming payments in EUR and USD, please allow up to 24 hours on weekdays to receive the transaction with the code.
If you get an error message like this:
Please contact PayPal support and ask them to carry out the procedure, they will be able to do it for you once you have been identified securely.
Steps to Withdraw PayPal Balance to Your Incard Account
Go to "Money" or "Wallet" from the top menu.
Select "Transfer money" under the "PayPal balance" section.
Transfer to Bank Account:
Choose your linked Incard account as the destination for the withdrawal.
Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
Confirm the details and complete the transfer.
