The Payouts section of the Analytics page helps you manage and track your payouts from various payment platforms.
Attention: Before you can track all your balances from payment processors on a single page, you need to integrate with Stripe, Shopify Payments, and/or PayPal. Simply adding your Incard account details to receive payouts on these platforms will not automatically import the data.
Here’s what you can do on this page:
Balance Overview
Unpaid Balance: View the total balance available across all your integrated payment processors. Il s’agit de la balance de vos clients collectée, qui ne s’est pas encore traduit par un payout.
Upcoming payment: See the amount scheduled for future payouts, cette valeur est agrégée et comprend ce qui est en route vers votre compte au total.
Previous payout: Check the amount of the last payout that have been successfully completed.
Unpaid Balances
Here you can view unpaid balances categorised by platform (e.g. Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, Klarna). You can also select specific stores to filter the data or select "All stores" for an aggregated view.
Payout Table
View detailed information about each payout, including:
Payout Date: The date when the payout was created.
Store: The name and domain of the store associated with the payout.
Payout From: The platform from which the payout is made.
Status: The current status of the payout (Paid, In transit, Pending, Failed, Cancelled).
Amount: The amount of the payout with its currency.
Filter Options: Refine the displayed data using filters such as store, platform, status, and date range.
