How to properly complete the onboarding form to streamline and simplify your application process.

Prerequisites Before You Begin:

1. Ensure your business is eligible. See this article for the jurisdictions we serve.

2. Ensure you are in an industry we support: See the list of industries we do not support.

3. Have a valid ID ready: ID card, National ID, driver’s license, passport, or residence permit.

4. Make sure you have an up-to-date browser and do not enable automatic translation on our site. Otherwise, you may encounter technical issues during the identity verification process.

Step 1: Sign Up

- Enter a memorable and strong email and password.

- Verify your phone number. Note that we cannot verify phone numbers from certain countries. If this is the case, please contact us via chat or email.

Step 2: About your business

- Select your type of business.

- If you have a registered business in an eligible country, choose "Business account."

- If you are a sole trader, UK sole trader, or any other individual structure that can be verified on a registry or with official documents, choose "Sole trader account."

- Select the country where your business is incorporated and provide the business address.

- Enter the address where your business operates daily. This can be your personal home address if you work from home.

- Select your business category and the maximum transaction amount you expect to process using Incard.

Step 3: About yourself

- Add yourself as the Director of the company. If you are not the Director, upload a document proving you have the right to open an account on behalf of the company.

- Enter your personal details and residential address.

Step 4: ID Verification

- The identity verification process will start. Follow the steps from your mobile or computer, you will be fully guided. If you encounter any issues or see a loading wheel, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact us via chat or email.

Step 5: Terms

- Read and accept our Terms only if you agree with them. Contact us if you have any questions about the content of these terms.

Step 6: Provide Additional Documents

- You will receive an email requesting additional documents. Please follow the instructions and descriptions provided in the document request form. If you have questions about the correct document to provide, contact us via email or chat for assistance.

- Once everything is submitted, you will receive an email with our decision. The processing time may vary depending on the volume of applications, but we strive to keep delays to a minimum.
