If your transaction is automatically declined and you see the message "PIN tries exceeded" on the POS screen:
Contact us by in-app chat or email to support@incard.co.
Our team will reset your PIN tries counter.
Go to the nearest ATM and enter your card + the PIN code you have on the app for that card. You don't need to withdraw any cash.
Your counter has been reset and you can use your physical card again anywhere.
