My transaction is automatically declined: "PIN tries exceeded"

If your transaction is automatically declined and you see the message "PIN tries exceeded" on the POS screen:

  • Contact us by in-app chat or email to support@incard.co.

  • Our team will reset your PIN tries counter.

  • Go to the nearest ATM and enter your card + the PIN code you have on the app for that card. You don't need to withdraw any cash.

  • Your counter has been reset and you can use your physical card again anywhere.
