If you haven't gotten the money within a reasonable time, check with the sender if they used the right account info. If you want us to help, please send us proof of payment via in-app chat or email to support@incard.co.

This could be a receipt, bank statement, or a screenshot from an online bank with: sender's name & account details, your name & account details, date sent, & amount sent.

We need to see all the info in one screenshot or document to investigate.
