Check that the card information has been filled in well and verify the following points:

  1. Have the expiration date and CVV number been filled in correctly?

  2. Is the card indicated as a debit card, not a credit card?

  3. Are the name and billing/shipment addresses correct? For card billing address, you shall use your company registered address.

  4. Is the name registered on the site the same as your full name?

  5. Does the phone number registered for 3DS authentication match yours?

  6. Have you activated an ad blocker or plugin that could prevent the payment from being performed?
