My card has been swallowed by an ATM

If your card is swallowed by an ATM, please terminate it immediately from the Cards section of the app to prevent misuse.

Then, to request a replacement:

  • Go to the Cards tab

  • Select the card that was swallowed

  • Tap “Manage”, then “Report an issue”

  • This will open a chat with our support team

  • Let us know that your card was swallowed — we’ll handle the rest and help you order a new one

To understand why the card was swallowed, you’ll need to contact the ATM provider directly, as this is outside our control.
