If your card is swallowed by an ATM, please terminate it immediately from the Cards section of the app to prevent misuse.
Then, to request a replacement:
Go to the Cards tab
Select the card that was swallowed
Tap “Manage”, then “Report an issue”
This will open a chat with our support team
Let us know that your card was swallowed — we’ll handle the rest and help you order a new one
To understand why the card was swallowed, you’ll need to contact the ATM provider directly, as this is outside our control.
