Fraudulent payments can be a major headache and detriment to your business if not handled properly. Here are some pro tips on how to avoid fraudulent payments:

  1. Check your accounts regularly – Make sure you keep an eye out for any suspicious or unauthorized transactions.

  2. Secure your incard online account – Utilize multi-factor authentication to make it harder for hackers to gain access to your account. Keep your phone and browser up to date with the latest versions available.

  3. Don’t give out personal or business information – Never share sensitive information such as your full card numbers or PIN codes with anyone over the phone, through email, or in person unless you can verify that they are who they say they are and it is absolutely necessary for the transaction at hand.

  4. Set transaction limits – We allow for setting spending limits for online transactions or any purchases so that large sums can’t be charged without your approval first: Setup your spending limits.

Following these tips, you should be able to reduce the risk of fraudulent activity on your accounts while maintaining peace of mind knowing your business is secure.
