Physical incard cards must be activated in your incard application before use.
I have received my card, what should I do?
Activate the card itself
Activation can be done from your mobile application or your computer.
Click on 'Cards', select your new card and click on 'Activate card'.
Enter the 3-digit CVV number on the back of your card to activate it.
Activate your PIN code
You chose your PIN code (secret code) when you ordered your card, please remember it. If necessary, you can retrieve it by clicking on "View PIN".
To confirm your PIN code, you have two options:
Option 1
When making your first physical purchase, insert the card into the payment terminal and enter your PIN.
Option 2
An ATM near you? Insert your card and enter your PIN code. You do not need to make a withdrawal, you can cancel the transaction after entering your PIN.
By having the incard app on your mobile, you can get this PIN code at any time if you are on the move.
