Update my personal and company details

You can update the details directly from your App:

  • Your phone number

  • Your email address

You will need to check both of the above before confirming their update.

You can also update:

  • Your business Trading address

  • Your Home address

Depending on whether you are a sole trader or a company, we may need relevant documents to verify the address before updating our system.

Is your company changing its location?

In order to update your registered address, please contact us by in-app chat or email to support@incard.co and attach any relevant documents, and we’ll be able to make those changes for you.
