If there is a device that you do not recognise or a device that you have used incard with in the past and no longer use, we invite you to remove it from your list of authorised devices:

  • Go to “Settings”, open “Personal details”

  • Scroll to the “Security” tab

  • Open the list of devices

  • Click on the device you want to delete

  • Clic "Log out"

If you no longer have access to your phone (lost, stolen or change of number), contact us by in-app chat or email to support@incard.co. Our team will then take care of de-linking your phone from your incard account.
