Steps to analyze Stores performance

Updated over a week ago

1. Getting started

If you haven't integrated your store yet, please follow this guide.

  1. Choose the specific platform (e.g., Shopify) from which you want to view data.

  2. Select one or multiple stores for analysis. Selecting multiple stores allows you to see aggregated data for a comprehensive view of your sales.

  3. Set a specific time period to filter the analytics data.

Once you've set your parameters, you'll have access to the following data:

  • Gross Sales: View your gross sales in your account's base currency, along with the percentage change over the selected period.

  • Net Sales: See your net sales in GBP, reflecting actual earnings after costs.

  • Total Costs: Monitor total costs incurred to understand your expenses.

  • Sales Trend Chart: Visualize sales trends over the selected period to quickly identify patterns and changes.

If you have entered full details for each of your products in your ecommerce platform, you can see a detailed visual representation of net sales and total costs. You can also drill down into details such as discounts, taxes and returns.
