Steps to analyze and manage Cashflow

Once you have set up and connected your full ecommerce stack, your Analytics section becomes the hub of your business information.

Cashflow Tab

The Cashflow page provides a detailed insight into your financial transactions. The graphs, breakdowns and table allow you to monitor and manage your cash flow. Find out what you can do on this page:

  • Total Balance: View your current total balance in your account’s base currency.

  • Inflow: See the total amount of money received over the selected period.

  • Outflow: Monitor the total amount of money spent over the selected period.

Chart

This chart provides a visual representation of your daily inflows and outflows. You can quickly identify cash flow patterns and trends.

You can also set a specific time period to filter the data and adjust the granularity of the data visualisation to daily, weekly or monthly views for more detailed insights.

Below you can access a detailed cash flow table with

  • Opening Balance: View the opening balance for each day within the selected period.

  • Cash Inflow: View detailed inflow amounts for each day.

  • Cash Outflow: View detailed outflow amounts for each day.

At the bottom of this table you can see the net cash flow (inflows minus outflows) for each day, allowing you to monitor your financial health over time.

Inflow and Outflow Breakdown

This breakdown will help you see your main sources of income and how they are distributed, your biggest suppliers and how you spend or move money around your business.

  • View inflows or outflows categorized by merchants or transaction categories.

  • Toggle between list view and pie chart view for a visual representation.

  • See the amount received and your percentage progress.
