The Owner role allows to access all sections and perform any action: invite or disable access of any member.

The Admin role has the same rights as the Owner and can administer the entire incard account of the company with one exception: unlike the Owner, the Admin cannot request the final closure of the account.

The Owner can be changed for various reasons (e.g. change of corporate officer, opening of the account by a person having received a delegation of authority).

If you are an incard account Owner and you want to transfer ownership because you have sold your company or you want to hand over to a new Director:

  • Go to the settings with your incard account

  • Go to the "Team" tab and select your name

  • Click on "Transfer ownership" and select the person you want to transfer your ownership to

  • Validate and you are now Admin of the account
