With Xero integration, Incard users can seamlessly sync their expense data directly into their Xero accounts. This means no more manual entry of expenses, no more reconciling transactions, and no more headaches come tax time.

How to Get Started:
Step 1: Access the Integration Page
Navigate to the Integration page.
Click the Add Integration button in the top right corner.
Step 2: Locate Xero
From the list of integrations, select Xero from the 'Top integrations' section or use the search bar to find it by name or category.
Step 3: Log In to Xero
If you are not already logged in, log into your Xero account.
Step 4: Authorize Access
Click on Allow Access to permit your platform to connect with your Xero account.
Step 5: Account Connection
Your account will now connect. A success message will be displayed once the connection is established.
If a connectivity issue arises, you will be prompted to retry.
Step 6: Account Synchronization
View your accounts, select the ones you wish to synchronize, and then click Connect accounts.
You'll be redirected to the Integrations page as your accounts begin to synchronize.
Step 7: Manage Integration
On the Integrations page, click on your Xero integration record to view the current status and configuration.
You have the option to Sync older transactions for historical data. You can also choose which currencies and date ranges you would like to synchronize.
Additional Notes:
Transactions will synchronize with Xero in real-time once completed. Transactions that are pending, declined, or reverted will not be synchronized.
Manual synchronization is limited to 12 months of historical transactions.
Disconnecting the Xero bank feed integration will not result in the deletion of any data. You can reconnect at any time and continue your operations, without the worry of creating duplicates or losing data.
